-We will say few words with Adrien at the beginning but we are not sure about the rest of the guests if they will want anything to say.

Is there an electrical outlet within a couple of meters from where Ill set up?

  • there is an outlet, however I'm not sure how far is it from where you will be so what I'm going to do is offer a long extension cord. Would that work? Is there a specific one I need to look at.

where I will set up, under a cover? Please see the attached photo, in there? I found that photo on google maps.

You will set up under cover in case of rain, 9f not see the picture attached.

Will I be able to bring my car close to where I set up?

-I'll leave a parking spot for you in front of the castle, but that's as close as it gets. How heavy is your equipment, will you need help carrying?

Hi, the address you have is correct.

The payment has also been agreed on before, we will have 2050 euros in cash on the day of the wedding.

What time will you be arriving to the castle?

We will have to see who will be staying there that can show you around. I'll let you know closer to the wedding day. If you arrive before 16:00 then there is a chance you will still catch us there.

Could I have the contact for the venue for when I arrive please?

I just wanted to double check.  I will only need my one sound system for the dancing party correct? where i set that up is near enough to the cocktail hour area and the dinner area for people to hear it?

Do you want me to play any music during Cocktail hour and dinner?

I know I may have asked these questions before, but I just want to double check.

Yes, you will only need one sound system as everything will be in one area.

During the cocktail time we will have friends of the family play their music. You will be after them.

As for the music during dinner, it won't be a sit down dinner, dishes will be served all evening. At some point we will probably need a slower music but the rest of the night it will be dance music.

As for the first dance, we are thinking probably after cocktail hour. Sometime around 20:30 -21:00 o'clock.

Not really but just to get people on the dance floor we will dance a slow dance, that is all.
