Yes, you will only need one sound system as everything will be in one area.

During the cocktail time we will have friends of the family play their music. You will be after them.

As for the music during dinner, it won't be a sit down dinner, dishes will be served all evening. At some point we will probably need a slower music but the rest of the night it will be dance music.

As for the first dance, we are thinking probably after cocktail hour. Sometime around 20:30 -21:00 o'clock.
