Thanks for your email, that's great news! This sounds like a really fun couple of days - very intrigued by the local highlander troop!

I understand what you mean about having the same concept, no worries 😊 - to be honest I think if you were to have us for both days, we would need to stick to 2x 45mins per day in order to provide the best selection of repertoire, but if you decide on one day 3x sets would be fine.

Can I double check you are enquiring about us as an acoustic outfit (i.e. unamplified) on both days, only as you mentioned technical setup?

So need to work out a few things and have a chat as a band, but unfortunately this is a very busy time - would it be ok if you bear with me and I will get back to you again asap with more details, in the next day or two?

Please rest assured, the dates are reserved for yourselves while we are working things out 😊

Great - thanks.

Could you confirm the quote just for the second night (ie after party with roaming on sunday 14th)? There won’t be any need for a technical set up in that venue which should hopefully make life a bit easier!

We’d like to 100% book you guys in for that so please do hold the dates & send the relevant booking forms you need us to complete. We will come back to you with a final answer for the wedding night (13th) hopefully this week (we’re just undecided yet if want the same concept across the two nights).

Just so you know, the after party is a fairly informal/relaxed affair, so you have licence to roam as you please and to have a bit of fun with it :). There will also be a local highlander troop running a few games for the entertainment. We’ll cater for food & drink and if you guys need it, we can make enquiries to get you on the coach being arranged to transport the wedding party from zakopane to krakow on the Monday morning (approx 10am).

Thanks for getting in touch, I'm pleased to say we are available for your dates!

We provide roaming entertainment with an eclectic mix of well-known songs from old to new. Whether it's pop, rock, swing, even theatre, all are performed with our own fun, folky twist. We will roam amongst your guests so everyone hears us wherever we end up!

The first quotes are for only the wedding day, inclusive of flights and 1x night's accommodation:

Trio, 2x 45min (within 2hr window), roaming acoustic, £1900

Trio, 3x 40min (within 3hr window), roaming acoustic, £2050

The following are quotes for 2 days and 2x separate events, inclusive of flights from England, and hotel for 1x night - if you can please let me know the estimated timings for the Sunday event as we may require accommodation for a second night if it is a late event, which will affect the quote and we will have to review:

Trio, 2x 45min (within 2hr window), roaming acoustic, £2700

Trio, 3x 40min (within 3hr window), roaming acoustic, £2950
