Here are some questions for you.

Could I have the second playlist from your fiance please?  What is his name again, please?

Could you check that the live music will not need any of my equipment?  If they do please get them to contact me.

Do you have some speeches planned, if so, how many?

Is there an electrical outlet within a couple of meters from where Ill set up?

Will I be able to bring my car close to where I set up?
